Ann Muir (1939-) is a prominent British marbler who has been making traditional hand-marbled paper in South-West England since 1983. Her papers are used by bookbinders, fine presses and publishers worldwide.
Harvesting Colour came about as a result of Graham Moss, at the Incline Press in Oldham, asking Ann to write a book about her life and work, to be illustrated by her own papers.
She begins her account in January as she starts a new year in her marbling workshop in St Algar’s Farmyard in Somerset.
